Unpacked Galaxy Tab S7 2 types...120Hz refresh rate, delay time improved S Pen support
Samsung Electronics unveils two new tablets, the Galaxy Tab S7, at the Galaxy Unpack 2020 event held on the 5th of next month. Of these, the Galaxy Tab S7 Plus is the first to adopt the 12-inch display of the Galaxy Tab S series, and is expected to face the iPad Pro of the large-screen display.
According to the industry on the 27th, Samsung Electronics will release two tablets of the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 (Plus) next month.
Apple released the iPad Pro with 11-inch and 12.9-inch screens earlier this year. On the other hand, Samsung's flagship tablet Galaxy Tab S6 screen was 10.5 inches. Therefore, it is the first time that the Galaxy Tab S7 Plus is equipped with a 12.4 inch screen.
The Galaxy Tab S7 Plus is equipped with a 12.4-inch AMOLED display, and the Galaxy Tab S7 is equipped with an 11-inch LTPS (low-temperature polysilicon) TFT display. The Galaxy Tab S7 Plus is equipped with an in-display fingerprint reader, and the Galaxy Tab S7 is equipped with a side fingerprint reader.
The Galaxy Tab S7 Plus supports up to 16 hours of video playback, and supports a 10,90mAh battery capable of fast charging up to 45W. It is 5.7mm thick and weighs 590g.
The Galaxy Tab S7 supports a 7,40mAh battery that can play video for up to 15 hours. It is 6.34mm thick and weighs 495g.
The Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 Plus both support a 120Hz refresh rate and will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. It is equipped with an AKG-tuned quad speaker that supports Dolby Atmos, and supports an S-pen with a low response delay time of 9 ms. This is the same latency as Apple Pencil's second generation.
Both models are equipped with a dual 13 million-pixel camera, a rear dual camera consisting of a 5 million-pixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and an 8-megapixel front camera.
The Wi-Fi model supports 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and the 5G variant model supports 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
Colors will be available in Mystic Black, Mystic Bronze or Mystic Silver.
